10 Days/Creative Collisions

Julien Masson and I collaborated recently to win a commission from 10 Days/Creative Collisions to create a large-scale sculptural installation, titled ‘Totem’.  The artwork, created from digital prints, laser-cut birch ply, MDF and acrylic, was installed in the main atrium of Winchester’s Discovery Centre during October and November 2013.

The commission was in partnership with INTECH science centre in Winchester, and merged imagery related to sci-fi and particle physics with local history.  We were also commissioned to create a smaller, sculptural installation at INTECH made from laser-cut Perspex and vinyl.
